“In the month of September 2016, 98% of our students cleared the CBAP®/CCBA® exam (based on BABOK® v2) in their first attempt”.
Testimonials and Feedback:
I took the BA Foundations & CBAP® prep course here at SDL, and I must say I was impressed by the faculty, they are very experienced and have sound knowledge about the subject and they have given their best to make us understand the subject. Least to say, I passed the CBAP® exam with the material, in class discussions, reference materials supplied and coaching throughout.
SDL is a good institute for those who feel ‘knowledge is power’. If you are really keen on studying and transforming your career, take this leap. SDL is a very professional Institute with helpful staff. A must join for CBAP® Training. Thank you Tim!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the SMC (Scrum Master Certification) course; I recently took at SDL with Rosetta being the trainer. This two-day exam prep course helped me in acquiring the global certification in just one week after attending the class. Most of our batch mates cleared this exam soon after, which says it all regarding the quality of the trainer and the content of the training. The course has been designed in a very unique fashion with lots of interactive sessions including Scrum games, mock project utilizing Scrum board, quizzes etc. besides imparting the knowledge and concepts required to be an efficient Scrum Master. All these factors made the course highly captivating, thus helping grasp the concepts very easily. Lastly, I would like to sincerely thank Rosetta and Tim for introducing us to this new knowledge area and above all making us fall in love with this amazing concept.
Tim was my Instructor for the PMP® Exam Prep course at Sixth Dimension Learning during the October 2011 session. I was highly recommended to Tim by a colleague of mine who passed the PMP® exam on the first try. It was not long before I discovered other people with the same success who attended his course. I was impressed with Tim’s teaching style the moment I arrived in his class. He taught in a way that empowered the students to feel confident about the exam. His knowledge of Project Management was tremendous and valuable. Many of his problem questions in class involved real life situations which helped us understand the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) better. Although the course material was dense, Tim always made the classes interesting. His personal experience in dealing with real Project Management issues in the real world brought a professional’s perspective to the lectures. Tim had never refused to help me both inside and outside of the class. One of the most memorable things he did for the class was bring in a past successful student to talk about their experience in writing the exam. The tips were invaluable. On December 20, 2011, I passed the (PMP)® exam on the first try. I could not have passed it without Tim’s guidance. Finally, I am honoured to have had him as my instructor and now as a friend.

I really thought it is impossible for me to attain the PMP® designation because of my busy schedule but my trainer made it possible. He covered all the topics and explained the concepts with ease ensuring each and every student understood the contents of the course. The training was excellent; I would highly recommend the institute to others.

I had taken my PMP® Prep course at this institute and have succeeded to get the (PMP)® designation in my first attempt with an effort of only 2 months. This has been possible due to a well structured training course and in-depth understanding of the concepts I received from the trainer. The institute has the reputation of attracting trainers with wealth of experience both in industry and their teaching abilities. I recommend this institute to all the prospective students who wish to excel in their fields.

I attended many training courses and seminars in various institutions like George Brown College, Seneca College, Humber College, and others for last nine years since I arrived in Toronto. I interacted with all my previous trainers but found the trainer of this institute to be exceptional. A very knowledgeable and thorough individual with wide industry experience in the field of Business Analysis and Project Management, but the best thing that I received from him is his friendship and willingness to help the people. Throughout the BA Certification training Prep course he encouraged all of us to prepare ourselves well to ensure we achieve of our objective. He is a great motivator.
The PMP® Prep course content was very informative and tailored to maximize the success rate for the certification exam. The instructor was very knowledgeable and approachable. The course material and handouts were to the point. I passed the exam in first attempt without any difficulty.

To be a PMP® was my dream but I never thought I would ever become one. Even though I have been handling projects for more than 17 years, I needed somebody to connect me with the practical aspects of project management. I was reluctant to join any (PMP)® Prep course as I feared that I may not get the kind of guidance I was looking for. Then fortunately, I found this institute that provided me the connection between my experience and the practical approach. The trainer is highly experienced with actual field knowledge that really helped me to get hooked up. I got my (PMP)® certification at first attempt. I would recommend anybody who is really looking for clarity and real understanding of the subject to join here.

It’s déjà vu when I continually come across a situation at work and remember a similar scenario presented by my Business Analysis instructor. My Business Analysis course was very valuable in that the concepts imparted in the class room environment then are exactly as I find it in the software service industry today. This linking of real world situations with the instructor’s situational examples has enhanced the lessons learned.

After attending the BA Certification training at SDL, I felt assured that it won’t be hard to pass the BA Certification exam which I did in first attempt. Thanks to my trainer who was adept at what he taught. I find the trainer having in-depth knowledge about the subject and proficient in subject matter. Not only the training, but the insight tips given by trainer on how to tackle the exam were greatly helpful. I would strongly recommend anyone to go for this institute. Subsequently I also took PMP® Prep course with the same institute and got certified.

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I enjoyed the content covered in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course offered by Dr. Chaitanya Baliga (CB) in April 2013 at Sixth Dimension Learning in Mississauga. One of the immediate things that impressed me about CB was his passion and enthusiasm for teaching the subject and his ability to effectively communicate with each & every member of the class. He made our class alive with his extensive knowledge and years of experience in the field and I am eternally grateful to have learned the subject from the Master, – CB.
His day to day examples simplified learning and facilitated grasping the concepts. I admired his patience when I asked questions or needed him to re-explain a concept. He remained approachable and willing to provide guidance whenever I, or anyone in class needed his help, and I am in awe and appreciate that even today he is spending his time to share tips on interviews or send articles he thinks would benefit us. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training was more than a certification. It inspired me with ideas. Ideas, I could immediately implement at work, home and even on my soccer team. At work, my confidence improved and I gained the respect of senior leaders at my company and I owe that to this course and to CB. Oliver Wendell Holmes once said “A mind once stretched to a new idea or concept can never go back to its original dimensions”. I found that to be true in every book I read and every course I invested in. I also discovered lecturers make a difference, and CB being one of the top lecturers I was fortunate to learn from him.

Guy was my Instructor for the “ITIL V3 Foundation Exam Prep course” at Sixth Dimension Learning. The course was recommended to me by Tim who was my Instructor for the “PMP® Exam Prep course”. Due to the success of Tim’s PMP® Exam Prep course, and mostly because of the high quality education provided by his institute, I decided to take up the ITIL V3 Foundation course also at Sixth Dimension Learning.
I was very confident and motivated with Guy’s teaching from the first day of the class. His knowledge of ITIL V3, being an ITIL Expert was remarkable and impressive. He was preparing the students to be confident to face the exam by giving guidelines on probable topics which may appear in the exam throughout the course. I was very impressed with his course material; especially the way it was organized. He made the class interesting by demonstrating real life situations through videos which ultimately gave a professional touch to his lectures. I passed the ITIL Foundation V3 Exam on my first try with 97% and it was possible with Guy’s invaluable teaching and guidance. I wish him all success in his teaching career.

Guy is one of the most effective and eloquent trainer/mentor that I’ve come across. With his in-depth knowledge and practice of Microsoft Project 2010, and a great sense of humor, he successfully managed to deliver. One point I would like to touch upon specifically is that his method of teaching (of MS Project) was an amalgamation of his vast experience in Project Management and ITIL Expertise which helped me perceive the tool in context. I thank him and wish him good luck in all his future endeavors.

I would like to thank Tim from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to participate in such a wonderful session of SMC training conducted by Rossetta, a great trainer. The Session has been extremely interesting and the way she taught us with her personal experiences will always stay in my mind. Working in an Agile Environment for the past 1 year at Thomson Reuters, I never realised that there was so much to learn in this methodology. After this training I have gained enough confidence to steer my carrier forward in this Methodology. Besides being a passionate trainer, everything she taught was very well explained based on her hands on experience in this methodology. I would also like to thank Tim and SDL management for providing such a wonderful learning environment including the snacks. I would like to rank this training as one of the best I have attended so far in my life.

The MS Project course that I took from “Sixth Dimension Learning” was a huge success in terms of learning a new tool. Guy Cheung (the trainer) was an extremely knowledgeable and patient trainer who helped us thoroughly learn the concepts. The course was well-received by all of us due to the manner the class was conducted. I thoroughly admire and acknowledge the effort Guy put in the course, so that we could make the most of it.
I sincerely thank Guy Cheung for offering such incredible three day session on MS Project. Guy is a regular & intensive user of the tool in his profession. Throughout the session he shared his invaluable experience in using the tool effectively. This made the training extra special. His patience and exemplary listening skills made him understand the needs of each and every individual in the class. He gave extra support to those who were weak in understanding a few specific features offered by the tool. Undoubtedly Guy is a great teacher who demonstrated his knowledge and skill in the tool and inspired everyone in the class.
The student’s feedback about the training, courseware material, etc. is given a lot of weight. The feedback is rated on a 1-5 scale and corrective/preventive actions are taken with respect to Instructor, study materials, learning aids, infrastructure & student support based on this feedback.
We normally receive feedback about the teaching methodologies, study and test material, etc. followed by our competitors through our students and instructors. The market information is collated and discussed during formal meetings and the best practices are implemented.
The Feedbacks are also reviewed informally by the Directors from time to time.
