I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the SMC (Scrum Master Certification) course; I recently took at SDL with Rosetta being the trainer. This two-day exam prep course helped me in acquiring the global certification in just one week after attending the class. I just wanted to let everyone know how much I enjoyed the content covered in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course offered by Dr. Chaitanya Baliga (CB) in April 2013 at Sixth Dimension Learning in Mississauga. One of the immediate things that impressed me about CB was his passion and enthusiasm for teaching the subject and his ability to effectively communicate with each & every member of the class. He made our class alive with his extensive knowledge and years of experience in the field and I am eternally grateful to have learned the subject from the Master, – CB.
